1. Sales Executive/ Assistant Manager (Payment solution)
Responsibilities:
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets.
• Maintaining relationships with existing customers.
• Identifying new sales leads by contacting potential partners/customers; discovering and exploring opportunities, pitching products and/or services.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
• Design and develop solutions and prepare proposals for new customers.
Requirements:
• A degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or similar credentials.
• Successful 3+ years’ working experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets .
• Existing merchant clients network in retail and F&B is preferred.
• Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• In-depth knowledge of the payment industry and its current events is a plus.
• Proven sales track record.
2.Assistant Manager - Sales/ Account Management (IoT, AI, CRM, POS or ERP systems)
Responsibilities:
• Perform business planning to meet revenue and contribution margin
• Build good relationship with customers by providing consultation services
• Anticipate the customers’ trend and forecast by getting customers’ budgeted plan for upcoming six to 24 months plan to develop account strategies
• Plan for various system tests, and training for the users on the solutions
• Prepare user manuals, training materials and sessions occasionally
• Conduct reviews with stakeholders to identify areas of improvement for the subsequently implemented services
Job Specifications:
• Two years of relevant working experience in information technology, or high tech industries
• University degree holder or equivalent
• Mature personality and capable to work independently
• Acquaintance with CRM, WMS, POS and ERP systems
• Good presentation and good relationship builder with proven sales experience
• Proven track record of revenue generation and achievement of targets
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
3.Assistant Account Manager/ Sales Manager (B2B, Advertising, Media, Event)
Responsibilities:
• Propose and sell the product scheme and subscription plan of Mobile App & Web to clients
• Have passion for sales and able to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through managing a portfolio of existing and prospect accounts
• Understand marketing needs, conduct cold and warm calls, in-person meetings and networking to identify potential business accounts, present sales pitch materials and complete the sales cycle
• Be able to establish and sustain rapport and develop lasting business relationships with clients
You should have / be:
• University graduate preferably in business, social science or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of solid experience in B2B sales, most preferred with the knowledge of advertising, media, digital marketing, event and etc
• Hungry for sales achievement with a strong desire to exceed individual target
• Self-motivated with the capability to work under pressure
• Social character with positive attitude towards new challenges
• Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and develop sales pipeline
• Experienced candidates would be considered as senior role
