Aviation Security Specialist

At Hong Kong Express Airways Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled Aviation Security Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Aviation Security Management System (AMSEMS) in the day-to-day implementation of the aviation Security Management System and Aviation Security Programme.

Key responsibilities include:
• Maintaining the currency of the AOSP and associated documentation by proposing and drafting amendments.
• Preparing security notices and/or articles for relevant personnel to address internal and external security issues.
• Participating in investigations into accidents, incidents, and/or irregularities affecting the security of operations.
• Conducting audits/inspections/surveys and producing reports to ascertain operational security is achieved.
• Conducting risk analysis and threat assessment and producing reports to ascertain operational security is achieved.
• Maintaining the internal security vetting programme.
• Coordinating special security measures during periods/instances of increased threat.

Requirements include:
• Tertiary education in a security, aviation, or business-related subject.
• At least 5 years of aviation or relevant security experience, including one year of supervisory, training delivery, and/or audit experience.
• Good command of both spoken and written English.
• Knowledge in Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) is preferable.
