System Manager/Senior System Analyst, Core Banking System

Responsibilities:
• To assist Head of Core Banking System to formulate the technical solution to achieve Bank's overall strategic goals and mission
• To provide technical solution and design, implement technology and direct the work of developers for projects and CSRs
• Train team members to familiar with Finacle system in term of technical knowledges and programming design as well as production support skills
• Collect and understand Business requirements, convert them into functional/ technical design specification, and advise solution to fit the requirements
• Conduct analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation according to SDLC guidelines
• Prepare system related documentation
• Provide production support during business officer hours as well as during batch run time and ensure timely recovery on system issues
• Liaise with Business users, vendors, and other stakeholders on issues and concerns related to project development
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones defined in the project
• Ensure all programs delivered in compliance of auditors, Compliance and/ or regulatory authorities

Requirements:
• Degree holder of Information Technology or related discipline
• Over 7 years relevant experience in banking / finance sector
• Strong background and experience with core banking system
• Experience in scalable banking projects
• Comprehensive knowledge and skill of programming in Java, Websphere, C#, C++, Unix Scripts, Oracle, SQL Server
• In-depth knowledge of Infosys Finacle, is an advantage
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge in compliance and regulations of banking industry
• Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated, team player, can work independently and under pressure
• Good command of spoken and written English
