Job Responsibilities:
Drive project execution, ensuring the timely delivery of projects through planning, task scheduling, control and monitoring of project execution, budget control and risk management.
Ensure project milestones and deliverables are completed on time and meet the required quality standards.
Report progress to senior management and proactively identify and resolve any project related issues.
Collaborate and maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders, R&D teams, clients, suppliers, government bodies and industry partners.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or above in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, Business or relevant disciplines.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in design/manufacturing industry with at least 3 years in IT&T, IoT or RF related experience.
Experience in applying for government-funded scheme or projects would be an advantage.
Ability to work cross-functionally across engineering and client management.
Excellent command of written and spoken Cantonese, Putonghua and English.
Strong interpersonal skills, highly motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
Able to work collaboratively and independently.
Proficiency in computer applications including MS-Office and AutoCAD.
Passionate in implementing smart solutions systems, and understanding of user experience and requirements.
Holder of Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE is an advantage.
Occasional travel to Mainland China is required.
