OpenText is looking for an energetic, creative,& highly skilled Presales to drive business growth, support sales and marketing within its Presales organization. The person selected will partner with Sales team in selling our Application Delivery Management (ADM) products and solutions.
Presales Consultants are expected to:
• Partner with Digital assigned sales representatives.
• Identify opportunities via lead generation and customer expansion
• Identify and assess customer business and technical requirements, and position HPSW solutions accordingly with consultative technical selling techniques.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers and collaborate with the Digital sales representatives to advice, position and advocate appropriate customer solutions.
• Propose solutions based on OpenText Software components.
• Present and demonstrate the solutions highlighting their value to customer stakeholders at all levels.
• Plan and deliver PoCs.
• Identify probable competition and evaluate relative OpenText strengths.
• Understand the competitive landscape for a specific solution domain, and position accordingly in support of driving sales to win opportunities.
• Persuasively communicate the value of OpenText Software solution regarding the business value and value differentiation in support of customer business goals.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing events such as customer forums
Essential Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related subjects
• 5 years or above working experience in Application Testing and Development area
• Familiar with software lifecycle management
• Familiar with DevOps, Agile and Mobile application life cycle
• Familiar with LoadRunner, ALM(QC), UFT(QTP)
• Fluency in Cantonese and English
• Must be accountable and professional, could sustain pressure and frequent business trips
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, must be a team player
• Must be creative& have strong problem-solving skills Consultative, solution selling and business development skills
