Job Description
Responsibilities
Research advanced technology regarding best practices in the field and seek to find cost-effective solution designs involving integration of different technologies such as Generative AI, cloud, machine learning, cybersecurity, etc.
Work closely with Information Technology professionals within the company to ensure requirements are met for projects
Install, design, and explain custom solutions for the clients
Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions including time and scope involved
Establish a framework for necessary contributions from various departments and facilitate their collaboration
Analyze and test the performance of existing products and incorporating user requirements and feedback to define areas of optimization
Assist in creating practical demonstrations of proposed solutions and demonstrating them to other members of the team
Account for possible project challenges or constraints and proactively seek to manage challenges
Document and monitor requirements and results in the research and development process
Qualifications
Experienced with software engineering, customer experience and design architecture
Experience in developing IT and cloud infrastructure
Up to date understanding of best practices regarding system security measures
Extensive knowledge and experience working with various operating systems
Advanced understanding of business analysis techniques and processes
Professional work experience in analyzing software/ digital solution/ demonstrations and consulting
Experience in implementing Agile SDLC
Project development and leadership skills are preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering or STEM related fields
Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
Candidates who are experienced in Solution Engineer/ Project Engineer/ Project Manager/ Related Field may be considered Senior Solution Engineer.
