Open Positions:

1. Backend Java Developers (3 positions)

Responsibilities:
• Develop scalable, low-latency microservices to power critical swap booking workflows.
• Integrate APIs and external data feeds to enhance system capabilities.
• Maintain high standards of code quality with thorough testing and documentation.

Skills Needed:
• Java 17+, Spring Boot, Microservices, Unix, Databases/SQL, JUnit.

Bonus Skills:
• Test-Driven Development, messaging systems (Pulsar/Kafka), CI/CD (GitLab), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and monitoring tools like Grafana/Prometheus.

2. Front-End Developers (2 positions)

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with trading and middle-office teams to create intuitive, real-time user interfaces.
• Develop user-friendly exception handling features with high throughput.
• Build reusable UI components with a focus on maintainability and performance.

Skills Needed:
• JavaScript, React, CSS, Jest.

Bonus Skills:
• UX design, Ag-grid, Redux, CI/CD (GitLab), and container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes).

3. System Quality Developer

Responsibilities:
• Automate data capture processes to ensure accuracy, performance, and reliability.
• Perform regression and performance testing, using metrics to drive improvements.
• Document and track issues, collaborating with developers for swift resolution.

Skills Needed:
• Python scripting, Jupyter notebooks, Databases/SQL, Java, and observability (Micrometer/Grafana/Prometheus).

Bonus Skills:
• GitLab CI/CD, load testing (JMeter), and experience with machine learning.
