Responsibilities:
- Handle a full set of account and financial reports
- Manage daily AP payment and queries with vendors
- Manage daily AR collection and queries with customers
-Manage the process for internal and external audits matters
- Coordinate with external and internal parties for operation related matters
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Form 5 / HKDSE or above
- Minimum 3 years working experience
- Responsible, self-motivated, hard-working with good interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, fast and accurate typing.
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
- Knowledge of SAP preferred
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
