Senior Business Analyst (Insurance) 6-Months - 78K / Month

My client is a highly reputable insurance company with global presence. They are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst who is passionate about transformation and process improvement to join their team where they will be highly involved with optimising reports across across all functions along Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• End2End project life cycle - starting with initial scoping following through to post-implementation
• Business requirements gathering from different local market teams
• Involved functional design, development, testing, stakeholder management, system / user training, deployment planning and executions
• Identify and determine which reports should be automated, consolidated, decommissioned, etc., ultimately minimising manual labour and costs

Requirements:
• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience with an emphasis in data reporting automation
• Solid experience in Insurance industry
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to decipher requirements that are may be uncertain or unclear
• Passionate about business analysis, change management and business transformation
