Duties and responsibilities:
Research and development of novel human-computer interaction solutions for sports training and health awareness.
3D data analysis and reconstruction/estimation of non-rigid body and biomechanics.
Experiments and prototypes for proof of concepts.
Write and maintain technical documents to assure clear working guidelines.
Assist software/system development and integration with R&D outcomes.
Stay in touch with the cutting-edge biomechanics research and technology.
Diagnose bugs and problems to suggest solutions for troubleshooting.
Requirements:
Degrees in Mechanical/Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science and/or related fields with preferred specialization in motion tracking.
Proficiency in C++ and Python programming.
Professional knowledge on numerical analysis of mesh/meshfree models e.g. FEM, MLS.
Professional knowledge temporal 3D signal processing and stochastic estimation.
Familiar with image/video/3D processing libraries such as OpenCV, OpenGL, Open3D etc.
Ability to communicate effectively in Chinese and English.
Good team player, self-motivated, flexible, responsible, and positive attribute.
Keen to learn and share new programming techniques
Candidate with less experience will be considered for junior positions.
Pluses:
Familiar with AI-AM development and experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
Familiar with extra programming languages/tools such as Java Rust, MATLAB, Octave, AutoCAD, CVAT.
Experience in startups, and/or stereo/depth camera usages, and/or a sport fans.
