HRIS Analyst (Workday)

Job Description

My client is an US-listed top tier, fast-paced, reputable group that has been around in this industry for 20+ years. They are currently looking for a HRIS Analyst with a focus in Workday to support the global HRIS transformation project and integration activities.

Role & Responsibilities
• Reporting directly to the HRIS Manager. Involve in system design, configurations, integrations with other related systems to allow a effective HRIS data flow and reporting between systems.
• Coordinate with internal business units (IT team, HR stakeholders) and external vendors, to ensure effective communication throughout the project progress.
• Lead the entire cycle of system integrations process and work side-by-side Workday consultants
• Prepare training materials, user guide and lead internal user training
• Identify areas for process improvement within the Workday/other HR systems and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Work across different regions and act as the key person to support the the integrations of global HRIS systems.
• Provide post-go live support.

Skills & Qualifications
• Degree in Human Resources, Information System / Computer Science or other relevant disciplines
• Hands-on experience in the support, integration and implementation of the Workday system.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in SQL or other reporting tools.
• Problem-solver, team player and the ability to work in a dynamic working environment.
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin. Proficiency in other languages would be a plus.
