Senior Product Manager (Brokerage/Securities Platform)

Overview

Our client is a well-established financial service company and they are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development of brokerage and wealth management platforms.

Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end product development cycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
• Conduct in-depth market research and customer needs analysis to identify opportunities and define product roadmap
• Translate insights into clear user stories, product features, and functionality, working closely with cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with UI/UX design team to create intuitive and engaging interfaces that meet user needs and expectations
• Oversee UAT processes to ensure product quality and performance, and lead performance reviews to drive ongoing improvements
• Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring product adherence to relevant standards

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or IT related disciplines
• 8-10 years of experience in product development, proven experience in designing brokerage, securities and trading platform and applications, with a focus on 2B2C market
• Solid track record of successful product development from scratch
• Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough market research and customer needs analysis to drive product strategy
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and ability to collaborate effectively with design teams
• Experience in leading UAT processes and driving continuous product improvement
• In-depth knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards related to securities and trading products
• Excellent leadership, and problem-solving skills with a focus on diversity, equality, and inclusion
• Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English and Chinese (Fluent in both Cantonese and Mandarin)
