Our Client is seeking a dynamic and motivated IT Sales Representative to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of their IT solutions and services, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements
Collaborate with technical teams to provide accurate product information and support
Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
Participate in industry events to promote their offerings
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven experience in IT sales or a similar role
Strong understanding of IT products
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
