SEO Specialist/Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced SEO Expert to enhance our brand's visibility and traffic in search engines. You will work closely with the marketing, content creation, and technical teams to drive our SEO strategy in support of the company’s overall goals.

Key Responsibilities
• Keyword Research: Identify industry-relevant keywords and develop effective optimization strategies.
• Content Optimization: Optimize website content, including page titles, meta descriptions, image alt texts, and internal linking.
• Traffic Analysis: Monitor website traffic using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console, analyze user behavior, and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Technical SEO: Conduct technical audits to ensure website structure, speed, and mobile-friendliness meet best practices.
• Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors' SEO strategies and adjust our tactics to maintain a competitive edge.
• Link Building: Develop and implement external link-building strategies to enhance website authority.
• Market Trend Analysis: Research the latest trends in cryptocurrency and financial markets to adjust SEO strategies accordingly.
• Content Strategy: Collaborate with the content team to develop high-quality educational and informational content to attract and retain users.
• User Experience Optimization: Optimize website structure and navigation to ensure a good user experience and improve conversion rates.
• Monitoring Rankings and Traffic: Regularly track and analyze keyword rankings, traffic sources, and user behavior to identify improvement opportunities.
• Compliance and Security: Ensure SEO strategies comply with industry standards, focusing on website security and data protection to mitigate potential risks.
• Reporting and Evaluation: Regularly report SEO performance to management and provide improvement suggestions supported by data.

Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: At least 3 years of SEO experience with a proven track record of successful optimization.
• Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and related financial products.
• Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Data Analysis Skills: Strong data analysis capabilities to extract insights from various data sources to drive decisions.
• Algorithm Understanding: Deep understanding of search engine algorithm changes and industry trends, with the ability to adapt quickly.
