We are looking for an expert Full Stack Software Engineer to expand our development team. You will be responsible for developing software systems such as Climate Financing, Carbon Trading and data-driven optimization systems. You will also work closely with our global team of experts to gain first-hand experience in designing and developing these systems.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that both the front-end and back-end components of the software meet client needs and deliver high-quality solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end features of the software, ensuring seamless integration between the two layers while adhering to coding best practices.
Continuously improve products and systems by applying the latest technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance functionality, performance, and scalability.
Work closely with the internal product and development teams to implement requirements accurately, ensuring that the software aligns with both user needs and business goals.
Participate in the design and architecture of new features and solutions, actively contributing to technical discussions and planning sessions with the team.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure that technical requirements, progress, and potential issues are well understood and addressed.
Maintain a focus on UI/UX principles, ensuring that the software is both visually appealing and easy to use, while also delivering optimal performance.
Help conduct code reviews, ensuring the highest standards of code quality and efficiency are maintained.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field (Fresh graduates are also welcome).
Experience in Object-Oriented Programming.
Experience in RESTful API development (Python/NodeJS).
Experience in machine learning concepts.
Experience in cloud technologies and Linux systems.
Excellent logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and research skills.
