Account Product Manager-Cross Border E-commerce

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
• Product Optimization: Optimize the bank"s existing online account opening (E-KYC) products and processes, collect customer and market feedback, and continuously improve the customer experience of online account opening.
• Cross-departmental Collaboration: Ensure the account opening business complies with the regulatory requirements of the risk and compliance department, and assist other internal departments and business scenarios in seamlessly integrating the account opening related functionalities.
• Build Electronic Accounts from Scratch: Based on the regulatory requirements in Hong Kong, build and plan the bank"s electronic payment account system. Responsible for the account structure, account functions, account levels, account permissions, account security, and the design of interactions with other internal systems. Prepare product requirement documents (PRDs) and complete the demand analysis.
• Industry-Specific Solutions: Design solutions for electronic accounts tailored to different industries and scenarios, with a focus on cross-border e-commerce customers, to enable cross-border payments, foreign exchange, financing, wealth management, insurance, and other closed-loop product designs based on electronic accounts.Responsible for optimizing the bank's existing online account opening (E-Kyc) products and processes, collecting customer and market feedback to continuously improve the customer experience of online account opening

Experience and Education:
• 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the banking or financial technology industry
• Strong understanding of the regulatory landscape and compliance requirements in the financial sector
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Proficient in user research, data analysis, and product design
• Experience in electronic payment account system design and implementation
• Ability to work independently and lead product development from concept to launch
• Strong communication and presentation skills
