What You’ll Be Doing:
• Manage, support, backup, restore, troubleshoot, and optimize the company database (MySQL) and middleware (Redis/Kafka/Elasticsearch);
• Manage passwords and permissions of the company database and middleware;
• Complete data migration projects and enhance infrastructure and solution architecture;
• Design and enforce DBA procedures, standards, and rules.

What We Look For In You:
• Be proficient in MySQL works and be familiar with the differences among MySQL versions;
• Be proficient in analyzing MySQL statement performance, designing and implementing indexing, and table sharding;
• Have hands-on Redis management skills, including daily management operations and maintenance work;
• Be familiar with non-structural databases such as MongoDB and Elasticsearch and have hands-on skills for performance tuning;
• Experience with operating Alibaba Cloud and AWS database products is preferred;
• Be familiar with Linux and scripting languages such as Shell or Python;
• Have good communication, project promotion, and self-learning skills;
• Have security awareness of database operation and management.
