We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our early-stage Identity Oracle startup. As a leading decentralized c compliance provider, backed by world-class investors, we are focused on building the world's leading zero-knowledge credential verification layer and introducing the token economy. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to join our board level team and will be offered equity and token allocation through our ESOP program.
Responsibilities:
1. Build and lead a high-performing "messaging and marketing" team from scratch.
2. Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy and roadmap to support our business goals.
3. Define and communicate the value proposition and unique selling points of our web3 B2B and web3 infrastructure messaging to potential clients and partners.
4. Craft compelling messaging, content, and marketing materials to effectively explain Identity Oracles and Chain components to our target audience.
5. Prepare and drive the introduction of the token economy within the industry, including educating and engaging potential token holders.
6. Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to align marketing efforts with product development and launches.
7. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to ensure our messaging and marketing strategies remain innovative and effective.
8. Manage marketing budgets, track and analyze marketing performance metrics, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a CMO or similar senior marketing leadership role.
2. Strong background in web3 B2B and/or web3 infrastructure messaging.
3. Experience in building and leading marketing teams from scratch.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English. Proficiency in Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese is a strong plus.
5. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take up responsibility from the very start.
6. Demonstrated track record of successfully driving marketing strategies that result in business growth.
7. Familiarity with the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry is highly desirable.
8. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced, startup environment.
