Project Manager (Research and Development)

Responsibilities
• To lead the research project(s) on evaluating the effectiveness and safety of the ophthalmic product(s) for eye disorders in Hong Kong and Europe;
• To implement and investigate the appropriate study design and statistical method(s) to address and handle potential methodological issues;
• To perform data analysis and generate results, including data visualization and interpretation;
• To report research progress and results regularly to the company director and his delegates, as well as other collaborators; and
• To assist any ad-hoc research and development tasks as assigned by the company director or his delegates.

Qualifications
• Possess a Bachelor's degree or above in health science related degrees. A doctoral degree is a plus.
• Proficient in using statistical tools, including but not limited to R, SAS, Python
• Ability to work independently across multiple protocols, sites, and therapy areas, demonstrating accountability and the ability to prioritize tasks
• Able to work as a team player
• Excellent organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to quality and compliance, with a positive and growth-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills of written and spoken English and Chinese
