Account manager / Telesales ( Office hours, 13months pay, WFH)

Responsibilities:

- Actively promote products and services to customer via phone call, and achieve business target.

- Reach out new/ grow customers, and develop new business by providing excellent services and shipping consultation.

- inbound and outbound calling (No cold call)

Requirements:

- Diploma holder or above

- minimum 1 years’ experience in B2B sales or customer services.

- Excellent telephone manner and handling skill

- Proficient PC skills, including MS Word and Excel

- Able to work in a dynamic environment

- Customer centric and result oriented
