Job Description:
• Able to provide helpdesk and secondment service to clients with standard operation procedures
• Log support case details enough for skill transfer
• Case follow-up until completed (even escalated)
• Provide technical troubleshooting (about 50% success rates for clients, 10% for servers)
• Able to deliver remote/ onsite helpdesk and server software maintenance to client
• Able to provide IT helpdesk outsourcing service to clients (even without Standard Operation Procedures)
• Able to build up Standard Operation Procedures deliver record
• Maintain a long-term relationship with the client
• Support and response for file server/ messaging server issues
• Provide problem-solving skills for file server and messaging service (about 50% success rates, including server/client)
Job Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or equivalent;
• At least 5 years of related experience in the mainland or HK;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good command in spoken Cantonese;
• At least CET-4 450, good command in reading and written English.
