Job Responsibilities:
Assist in reaching the website sales targets and distribution goals, i.e., % contribution of revenue
Maintain and develop the hotel website as a source of bookings/revenue.
Report and act upon the pre-determined and campaign-based KPIs
Developing and implementing marketing campaigns and initiatives that align with the hotel’s overall objective
Create and execute social media campaigns that will generate leads, drive quality traffic and fans / followers’ engagement
Assist Director of Sales & Marketing in dealing with agency for digital advertising including SEM, SEO, PPC, display ads and paid social ads to drive website traffic and conversions
Assist Director of Sales & Marketing in ensure all the digital assets including but not limited to images and videos are correctly displayed on official website, mobile app, OTAs, social media and whenever applicable.
Job Requirements:
Degree in marketing, hospitality, or business-related studies is essential
Strong understanding of digital marketing/e-commerce with previous experience
Experience in a hotel ecommerce / digital marketing department or similar
Strong competence in understanding loyalty and customer recognition
Work collaboratively with multiple departments in a high-pressure environment
Keeping across developments in the world of digital and e-commerce
Strong attention to detail and the production of high-quality work
Excellent communication skills in both written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
