Work you'll do

UI/UX Design:
• Collaborate with our teams to understand user needs and requirements.
• Develop user-centered UI that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional.
• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to refine designs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends and technologies.

Business Analysis:
• Analyze business requirements and processes within the IT and AI industry.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Develop and document business requirements and functional specifications.
• Support the development of project proposals and reports.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.

Proposal and Report Writing:
• Contribute to the development of compelling proposals for IT and AI projects.
• Prepare clear and concise reports on project progress, findings, and recommendations.
• Effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

We are looking for someone with
• Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline or equivalent industrial experience
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
• Experience with prototyping tools and user testing methodologies.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred skills:
• Experience with business analysis tools and methodologies.
• Knowledge of project management frameworks
• Experience in the IT or AI industry.
