Kelo Chemical Co., Ltd is a leading chemical company providing concrete solution in China. It was founded in 1998 and went public in 2017. KELO is the concrete admixture supplier of top 10 concrete company and the largest pipe pile company in China. KELO's products and services are also highly regarded in Southeast Asia for their quality and reliability.
KELO cooperated with Beijing University of Technology in 2015. Professor Wang Ziming became KELO’s R&D advisor. Professor Wang was awarded of PCE 2019 in Recognition of the Contribution to PCE technology by Technical University of Munich in German. KELO's R&D director is Mr. Xu, one of the first group of scientists researching about concrete admixture in China. The R&D in KELO is systematic, long-term designed and heavily invested.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team and drive the sales of our concrete admixtures to concrete batching plants. This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions to help improve their operations and the quality of their concrete products. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry, particularly in concrete or related materials.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a sales strategy to promote concrete admixtures to concrete batching plants and other customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold visit, networking, and market research.
• Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations to highlight the benefits of our concrete admixtures.
• Work closely with the customer service and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate prices and contracts with customers.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adjust sales tactics and stay ahead of market demands.
• Attend industry events and conferences to promote company products and expand the customer base.
• Stay up-to-date on new product innovations, industry regulations, and construction technologies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales within the construction, concrete, or related industries.
• Fluent spoken & written skills in English & Cantonese.
• Knowledge of concrete admixtures and their applications in concrete production is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently to visit clients and prospects in Hong Kong.
• Valid driver’s license is preferred
