Data Analytics Specialist

Job Objectives

We are looking for a talented and passionate Data Analytics Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, quantitative trading, and blockchain technologies. You will play a critical role in analyzing market data, optimizing trading strategies, and driving strategic insights that enhance our platform's performance and user experience.

Your Main Responsibilities
• Develop and implement data-driven trading strategies using quantitative analysis to maximize profitability and manage risks in cryptocurrency markets.
• Analyze large datasets from various sources, including blockchain data, to derive actionable insights and optimize trading algorithms.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs), trading metrics, and user behavior.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and engineering, to integrate data analytics into platform features and decision-making processes.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product development and strategic planning.
• Utilize machine learning models and predictive analytics to forecast market trends and user behavior.
• Ensure data integrity and security by implementing best practices in data management and analysis.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management, highlighting insights and recommendations for improving platform performance and user engagement.

Technical Skills
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL for data analysis, algorithm development, and automation of trading strategies.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms for creating dashboards and reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized finance (DeFi).
• Knowledge of statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and predictive modeling techniques.
• Ability to analyze large datasets, derive actionable insights, and optimize trading performance.
• Experience in developing and maintaining data analytics tools and platforms to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and trading metrics.
• Familiarity with market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic planning and product development.
