Requirements:
A bachelor degree with recognised Audit and Accountancy qualifications;
Minimum 2 years' audit experience in international accounting firms;
Experience with retail and distribution industry is a plus;
Travels to PRC and Singapore are required on occasional basis;
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills;
Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English; and
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly Group consolidated accounts, financial statements, management reports and financial analysis;
Prepare monthly accounts for investment holding companies;
Review monthly, quarterly and annually tax returns of subsidiaries in the PRC;
Prepare half year and annual results announcements and annual reports with supporting schedules;
Prepare PowerPoint presentations on half year and annual results;
Prepare draft audited financial statements of subsidiaries;
Liaise with external auditors, outsourced internal control auditors; company secretaries, valuers, legal advisors, printer; and
Take up ad hoc projects.
