Product Delivery Manager (2M contract renewable in 2025) to HKD80K pm

Salary: to HKD80,000 per month (depending on experience)
Contract: till 31st Dec (budget / contract renewal in 2025)
Location: HK central mostly

We are looking for a Product Delivery Manager to join our team, to work on our business transformation programme. The position is responsible for assisting in the definition and delivery of the transformation programme, developing and executing on the overall roadmap.

This role calls for an entrepreneurial and innovative person who can work across the different partner functions, including Sales & Business Development, Strategic Client Management, Product Management, Operations & Technology teams ensuring cross collaboration and alignment of requirements through to delivery.

In this role, you will:
• Lead and own the execution of one our transformation areas in Custody
• Work with a ware range of stakeholders across business, operations, change, technology and client management to ensure alignment, address challenges and finding opportunities.
• Develop your domain understanding to be the go-to person for any detailed questions
• Develop and document clear and detailed process maps, business requirements etc.
• Manage the prioritisation, execution, testing and migration.
• Translating business strategy into clear business capabilities and further into functional design.
• Promote and sell the transformation initiative across the organisation

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
• Experience in transformation and driving change in large organisations
• Experience in complex process re-engineering and design, and operating model work is highly desirable
• Knowledge of Post Trade for Equities or Fixed Income within a Custodian or Broker Dealer environment for settlements is desirable.
• Flexibility in approach, and the ability to show initiative and respond quickly to changing situations.
• Experience in managing/owning product solutions.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and bring clarity and direction by effectively engaging stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, other languages a plus
• Strong ability to influence and build strong relationship with stakeholders
