Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in software development projects. This role will be crucial in facilitating communication between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that software solutions meet business needs and align with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
• Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document software requirements, ensuring clarity and completeness.
• User Stories and Use Cases: Develop user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria to guide the development team in building effective software solutions.
• Collaboration with Development Teams: Liaise with clients and technical teams, translating business needs into technical specifications.
• Process Mapping: Map out current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through software solutions.
• Project Management Support: Assist in project planning, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of software projects.
• Testing and Validation: Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure software meets business requirements and quality standards.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user manuals.
• Training and Support: Provide training to end-users and support them in adapting to new software applications and processes.

Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically about business problems.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Teamwork: Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge of programming languages or software development practices.
• Certification in Project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
