Product Manager/ Junior Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager to help build the next generation of tutoring experience. As a product manager at Tutor Circle, you will prioritise product ideas to fuel our company's strategic goal. On this team, you will work with a group of passionate and talented engineers and designers to solve some of the most challenging problems the company is facing. You will need to wear many hats, work smart and iterate quickly.

What You'll Do
• Understand (and create) business strategy and direction using data and research to build for the future
• Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements and wireframes to enhance user experience
• Work closely with the other members and other internal stakeholders
• Break down key projects and prioritise features to maximise ROI
• Communicate clearly to product and leadership on the plans, data and results
• Build creative and cost-effective solutions with members of the platform and teams
• Drive full-stack product development with a team of engineers and designers

What You'll Need
• BA/BS in a technical/business field such as computer science, management, or economics
• 1+ years of product management/development experience with mobile or web platforms
• Proven ability to bring simplicity and measurable results to complex, ambiguous situations
• Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment
• Ability to wear both hats to communicate to stakeholders
• Strong analytical thinking
• Willingness to roll-up sleeves and do the dirty work
• Bonus points if you’ve built your own mobile or web application
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin)
