Assistant Manager (Cyber Security)

We are looking for an assistant manager grade cyber security staff to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the enterprise's internal information security and ensuring compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and requirements from our headquarters.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise a small team of cybersecurity engineers
• Conduct risk assessments and audits of the enterprise information systems and networks
• Perform penetration tests and web application security tests
• Implement and monitor cybersecurity policies, procedures, and best practices
• Respond to and investigate cybersecurity incidents and breaches
• Provide cybersecurity training and awareness to staff and stakeholders
• Liaise with external partners and vendors on cyber security matters
• Occasional Overseas business trips if necessary (Asia including China)

Requirements:
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in cybersecurity management or related role
• A bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Cybersecurity, or related discipline
• A valid cybersecurity certificate such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, OSCP or equivalent
• A strong knowledge of cyber security frameworks, standards, and best practices such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, etc.
• Experience in penetration test is a must
• A proficient skill in cyber security tools and technologies such as firewalls, antivirus, encryption, VPN, SIEM, etc.
• Experience in Darktrace, Sophos, PaloAlto is a plus
• A good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• A high level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
• Good command of both written and spoken Mandarin and English (Japanese would be an advantage)
