As a Business & Product Development Intern, you’ll work with our product and engineering teams to ensure the quality, compliance, and accuracy of our SaaS platforms through user acceptance testing (UAT), regulatory research, and AI verification.
Job Description
· Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to identify bugs, usability issues, and performance gaps in SaaS products like Adnoto and Factify.
· Collaborate with engineering and product teams to document, report, and track bugs through resolution, ensuring a seamless user experience.
· Research regulatory frameworks (e.g., HKMA, ISO, ESG standards) to ensure product features align with compliance requirements in financial and legal markets.
· Verify the accuracy of AI-driven outputs (e.g., LLMs, RAG) by comparing results against source data and industry benchmarks.
· Develop and execute test cases and scenarios to validate product functionality and AI performance under real-world conditions.
· Assist in creating detailed reports on bugs, regulatory findings, and AI accuracy metrics for internal stakeholders.
· Support the refinement of product features by providing actionable feedback based on testing and research outcomes.
· Investigate discrepancies in AI-generated content, such as document analysis and generation, and recommend improvements.
· Monitor and document compliance with regional and international regulatory standards during product development cycles.
· Work with cross-functional teams to translate regulatory and testing insights into product enhancements.
· Stay informed on evolving fintech regulations, AI ethics, and quality assurance best practices.
· Participate in team meetings, sprint reviews, and feedback sessions to align testing efforts with product goals.
· Assist in preparing documentation for UAT processes, regulatory summaries, and AI validation protocols.
