Job Responsibilities
• Responsible for managing and driving sales of vascular products, building relationships with healthcare institutions, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
• In-depth knowledge of vascular products is an advantage;
• Assisting and mentoring new salespersons to perform sales, providing guidance and coaching for team members to meet or exceed their sales targets;
• Provide market intelligence to assist planning and executing sales and marketing strategies;
• Handle customer enquiries and orders follow-up, provide quality customer service;
• Drive customer engagement and build strong relationship with key accounts;
• Liaise with business partners on commercial requirements.
Job Requirements:
• Degree in Biomedical Science, Biotechnology, Biology, or Medical related discipline preferred;
• At least 4 years of sales experience in Vascular surgery, mentoring and supervising experience is an advantage;
• Experience in supporting implantation case in Operation Theatre or Cath Lab is an advantage;
• Proven track record of delivering strong sales growth while consistently exceeding revenue targets;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin both spoken and written;
• Self-starter, detail-minded with a proactive and can-do attitude.
