Senior Project Manager (Hong Kong based)

What you will do 👊

Project Management

Develop detailed project plans, outlining scope, timeline, deliverables and resource requirements.
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimise their impact.
Manage, develop and facilitate outcome driven client workshops to understand their processes, propose innovative tailored solutions
Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration amongst members.
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards based on client requirements.
Design bespoke business strategies to solve large corporate challenges using AI solutions
Provide guidance to specific clients’ business transformation initiatives and requirements to enable their adoption of Qantev’s AI driven solutions

Reporting & Documentation

Track project progress and performance, adjusting the delivery plans as applicable, with a robust change control management.
Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and resolutions proposals.
Have a keen eye for high quality clear & comprehensive corporate presentations, you need to strive for excellence

Stakeholder Management

Manage client relationships from the C-suite to daily users of the solution while working in collaboration with them.
Manage differing perspectives and requirements among stakeholders, working towards mutually beneficial solutions.
Contribute in different stages of the project lifecycle (project methodology, SoW, business case development, etc.).

Collaboration

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure stakeholder needs are integrated into project planning and execution
Collaborate with the Sales team identifying opportunities for cross-selling, scoping clients’ needs and increasing market understanding
Think critically about the project management practice processes and strategic frameworks, drive continuous improvement
