The Job
- Provide Level 1&2 support on enterprise print solution implementation and production issue raised - Event / Incident and Problem Management
- Plan, install, configure, test and support the enterprise print production systems / applications
- Evaluate & liaise with customer on required IT infrastructure for the enterprise print production systems / applications to be operated with optimal performance
- Evaluate potential solutions and make recommendations to resolve application issues, infrastructure integration issue and user queries
- Liaise with regional teams and external vendors to ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA) are met
- Manage and respond to users on timely manner for reported production issues/clarification
- Prepare and update technical documentation such as administration and user guides
- Perform technology research for the continuous improvement
The Person
- Computer Science / Information Technology or related disciplines
- 8 years or more experience in IT infrastructure / technical support
- Proficiency in Microsoft server, Microsoft 365 and other Microsoft products is preferred
- PMP/ ITIL certifications is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Enthusiastic, hardworking, proactive and goal-oriented, demonstrated professionalism and attention to detail
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as System Analyst
