Full Stack Developer

Work closely with the Project Manager to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment between technical execution and business objectives.

Lead the development team of web applications, ensuring high-quality code and user experiences across the front-end and back-end.

Design, implement, and maintain robust RESTful APIs that meet the needs of the application and its users.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and timelines while translating business requirements into technical specifications.

Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications to enhance performance and user experience.

Manage database design and implementation, demonstrating proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases.

Ensure compliance with best practices in security, documentation, and application architecture.

Implement continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) processes to streamline development workflows.

Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices to foster innovation and improvement within the development team.

Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support in their professional growth.
• *Requirements:**
• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, with proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Strong experience with programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Ruby, and familiarity with frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js for front-end development.
• Proficiency in back-end technologies, including Node.js, Express, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with database management systems, both SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Firebase).
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate technical concepts.
• Experience in an Agile/Scrum development environment preferred.
• Prior experience in the healthcare or dental technology fields is a plus.
