Job Summary:
As an Aministrative Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our office operations. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to various departments, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
This position requires exceptional, organizational skills, attention to details and the ability to multitask while maintaining a positive and proactive attitude.
Oversee daily office operation, including handling incoming or outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
Ensure the office is well-organized and equipped with necessary supplies and liaise with vendors for office maintenance and repairs.
Draft and proofread correspondence, memos, and reports as required.
Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to different departments, including document preparation, data entry and filling.
Prepare reports, presentations and other documentation as requested by management (HQ, Singapore)
Hiring and Job posting for Hong Kong office branch.
Support HR team in recruitment by assisting with job postings, applicant tracking and interview coordinate.
May be assigned any other ad-hoc tasks as required.
The role can convertible either to Contract or Permanently role.
Qualification and Skills:
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field.
Proven experience as an Administrative Officer or similar role.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Fluency in English and Chinese
