We are now looking for Microsoft Dynamics D365 Solution Architect to join our Technology Consulting team.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution that meet client's needs
• Have an exceptional understanding of Dynamics 365 technical and functional capabilities and be a champion for both technical and functional leading practice
• Lead the delivery of our Finance & Operations Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution
• Manage onshore/offshore development teams by providing technical/architectural direction, motivating project teams and resolving issues/conflicts while being accountable for the overall quality of the development
• Manage integration and data management/migration
• Monitor development progress and provide quality assurance/control to ensure that the developed system complies with the intended architecture design
• Be responsible for ensuring our pre-sales engagements are delivered with the same rigour and attention to detail as our client engagements
• Bring in the latest industry technologies, tools and practices and emerging technologies to drive organizational strategy and adoption
Experience & Background
• Bachelor's/Master's Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, IT related studies
• 5+ years as a Solution Architect or technical lead in providing both out of the box and development solutions in a Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 environment
• Experience of large-scale ERP implementation
• Proven ability to manage the end-to-end project lifecycles with onshore and offshore staff in solution architect capacity
• Ability to lead engagements and present to the C-Suite stakeholders
• Strong business acumen, excellent working attitude, self-motivated and experience of mentoring junior staff
• Knowledge of latest Microsoft cloud security controls and disaster recovery capabilities
• Knowledge of configuration/deployment management, automation and testing tools
• Deep and broad knowledge of technical capabilities of Dynamics 365, including appropriate certification. Must be able to show good knowledge of practices for Dynamics 365
• Holder of one or more Solution Architecture certifications e.g. TOGAF, Microsoft Azure Certification, ITIL, etc.
• Project management/Agile/Scrum Master certifications is a plus
• Good oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as System Analyst / Associate Architect
