Responsibilities:
Gather and analyse business objectives and requirements
Translate Business requirements into functional and technical requirements
Prepare specification, change requests and documentation
Act as the key interface between business users and technical teams Partner with development teams to plan out release Assist with UAT and implementation support
Provide support and troubleshooting from business context Perform user support and training
Requirements:
1+ year of working experience in business analysis (Fresh graduates will be considered for junior role)
Higher Diploma or above in Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing or related disciplines
Having experience/knowledge in SQL, JIRA, Magento would be a plus
Solid understanding of Agile or Scrum methodology
Good command in English, Cantonese
