We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead DFI's server and network transformation initiatives. As the Infrastructure Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies for end-of-life and end-of-support server and network transformation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, network operations, cloud engineers, PMO, and Store Tech, to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable network and server infrastructure solutions.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute transformation strategies in alignment with DFI's business objectives.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for transformation projects.
Coordinate with internal and external development teams to address issues promptly and ensure timely project delivery.
Lead feasibility studies, vendor selections, and proposals to support decision-making processes.
Prioritize initiatives to optimize performance, enhance security, and reduce costs.
Ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards for transformation projects.
Maintain relationships with vendors and monitor compliance with service level agreements.
Monitor network and server performance post-delivery, identifying and addressing issues proactively.
Manage technical resources effectively to meet project timelines and deliverables.
Provide regular progress reports and updates to stakeholders.
Demonstrate leadership in driving DFI's project goals and objectives.
Weekly update to stakeholders and address any potential gaps
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in infrastructure project management.
Strong technical background with expertise in server and network technologies preferred.
Networking or IT background is desirable.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
Proven track record of successfully managing infrastructure projects.
