The Telesales person will be responsible for setting up appointments from a database of leads. Being the first point of contact, the individual will represent the company in a courteous and enthusiastic manner, upholding company values and image when communicating with clients/leads professionally. The individual will be well incentivize and rewarded based on KPI performance.
Responsibilities
• Contact and schedule appointments with potential clients (overseas & Hong Kong) to inform them of preferential services the company has to offer
• Provide professional phone etiquette at all times ( Tonality, Speech, Speed of message delivery )
• To fact find from clients and accurately convey the information to relevant parties
• Positive, confident and enthusiastic when pitching to clients
• Keep track and record keep of progress & to follow up on appointments in a timely manner
• Accurate Knowledge of Product/Services offered to Clients
