Business Analyst (IT Service Management)

Our client is a Hong Kong's central banking institution, they are looking for a Business Analyst with solid experience in IT project management to join their team.
• Engage various internal departments to understand business needs, pain points, and look into the feasibility of potential resolution.
• Collect and consolidate requirements on existing ITSM processes, to make recommendations that seek to improve the processes.
• Analyze and document requirements for enhancements to business processes.
• Coordinate with IT teams and external vendors to design and develop solutions to meet business requirements, including configuration, customization, and integration of the ITSM platform.
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendor to implement and deploy ITSM solutions, ensuring a minimal disruption to business and IT operations.
• Facilitate Project Manager on ITSM project delivery, communicate with users to define testing scenarios and manage testing activities.
• Prepare training materials and conduct training to end users on ITSM features and processes,
• Minimum 4 years of experience in business analysis or project management in financial institutions, experience in IT Services Management would be an advantage.
• Good knowledge and understanding of IT Services Management product and workflow.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiating and problem solving skills.
• Able to work independently and proactively to deliver in accordance with timeline.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediately available is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management or related discipline
