Work you'll do
Consider client day-to-day operations deliver solution requirements, understand the client’s business, follow sector trends and learn industry best practices, translate client needs into business and technology solutions, providing consultation on the customer digital journey and digital transformation
Work across a variety of projects and build knowledge across relevant domains
Diagnose a problem, conduct analysis, and develop solutions for client problems
Articulate thoughts and ideas in a clear and composed manner to instill confidence in team and clients
Consider end user experience throughout the development cycle to deliver requirements and enhance adoption
Capture user requirements and translate into business and digitally enabled solutions across a range of industries
Lead discovery workshops, user interviews, and facilitate stakeholder meetings
Support the development and implementation of quality business digital solutions for the client and align delivery to business goals
We are looking for someone with
Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or other relevant disciplines
At least 6+ years or more of post-qualification IT consulting or relevant experience in Dynamics CRM / Microsoft D365
Solid project delivery experience in proposition design, including customer insights, commercials and design
Strong business acumen, excellent working attitude, self-motivated, and a team player
Good client management experience, and able to deal with both business users and technical personnel
Effective oral and written communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
