About The Opportunity

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Responsible for building and managing industry-leading cryptocurrency financial products, including but not limited to flexible-tenor and fixed-tenor financial products
• Find the product demand from a financial market angle, generate product proposals for the demand
• Design innovative products based on the basic principles of finance, organize teams to implement the development and launch of product
• Manage the finance products by defining and tracking business data, and propose product optimization methods
• Develop the finance-related capacity of the department by hiring and monitoring teammates with strong financial backgrounds
• Responsible for asset liquidity management and risk management of the products

What We Look For In You
• Have in-depth understanding and experience in the development and management of financial business.
• Relevant working experience in the Fixed income/Rates/Loan/FX/other asset classes from an investment bank, commercial bank, securities firms, asset management companies, or other financial institutions.
• Familiar with the methods of asset liquidity management, and have a good understanding of the risk management of financial products.
• Passionate about blockchain and cryptocurrency, eager to learn more about the industry as a long-term goal.
• Innovative thinking and creative problem solving ability
• Bachelor degree or above, Work experience in financial industry, fluent Mandarin and English as daily business language. Master degree or above from a well-known financial institution is preferred.
• Familiar with quantitative trading, crypto trading, Arbitrage, Staking, DeFi, derivative products is a plus
• Familiar with the development process of online products is a plus
