About the job
Work with operation departments and engineering team to identify and solve the daily needs on operating the systems
Assist on QA work
Maintain and review the product manuals, operational workflow and guidelines as well as other related tasks
Assist on new features development
Communicate with all levels of stakeholders both internal and external related to the project issues
Other ad hoc tasks
About the people
Degree in IT/ IS / Computer Sciences/ Computer Engineering or related disciplines
Minimum 5 years solid experience in IT project management, related to E-commerce would be an advantage
Good leadership with stakeholder engagement, team player and soft skills
Strong project & time management skills with good communication skills
Mature, hardworking, self-motivated, able to work under pressure
Immediately available is preferred
