Front-end Developer

Job Description
• Responsible for designing and developing front-end projects of the company;
• Independently complete front-end page development and maintenance based on product requirements;
• Closely collaborate with back-end developers to complete interface debugging and data interaction;
• Optimize front-end performance to enhance user experience;
• Participate in product requirement analysis and technical solution design.

Requirements
• Education: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Computer Science or related fields;
• Work Experience: At least 5 years of front-end development experience;
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in Node.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and able to write high-quality code;
• Expertise in Flutter and capable of independently setting up and maintaining server environments;
• Familiar with JAVA J2EE technology stack and able to seamlessly integrate with back-end services;
• Familiar with SSH (Struts, Spring, Hibernate) framework and able to understand and apply its design patterns;
• Other Requirements:
• Good communication skills and team spirit;
• Strong curiosity and learning ability for new front-end technologies, and capable of quickly mastering and applying them;
• Strong problem-solving abilities and self-motivation.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in large-scale internet project development;
• Familiarity with front-end automation tools such as Webpack, Gulp, etc.;
• Experience with front-end frameworks like Flutter, Vue, or Angular;
• Understanding of front-end performance optimization and common security issues and solutions.
