Job Summary: The Enterprise System Operations team under System & Network Operations department is responsible for the ultimate stable, secure and flawless operations of HKEX IT systems. We play a critical role to ensure high system availability of Markets, while we will continuously modernize and enhance the team process to support our future business needs.

Responsibilities:
• Study and analyze current system operation model, identify and propose automation opportunities.
• Design and suggest operational improvement plan focusing on digitalization.
• Research, evaluate and propose automation tools for the team.
• Support and implement operational transformation strategies.
• Assist and manage process enhancements and projects.
• Acquire and maintain self-development, workflow systems or tools.

Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science, Information System or IT related disciplines
• With basic programming or scripting experience (e.g. Python, Java).
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio).
• Creative, innovative, with passion on technology automation and process digitalization.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivate, work independently, ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• With interest and knowledge in Infrastructure as code (IaC).
