Requirement and Duties
• Degree in engineering
• 5 years in qa in toys in trading or buying office
• Good in English, Mandarin
• Review the QA Test report
• Review prototype samples at the project beginning stage, give technical advice to suppliers and buyers to predict any foreseeable issue during product development
• Monitor the product safety approval status, give technique support to suppliers if any product fails. Negotiate with the testing lab on the marginally test results
• Visit factory production line and comments the production process to improve product quality
• Evaluate and suggest warning/caution statement for packaging and instruction
• Draft product quality specification Review and collect MSDS and ingredient list for raw material
• Evaluate on mass-production samples to ensure the products are fulfilled with customer’s expectation
• Make a decision on the Ready-made toys test plan and review the quotation from the testing lab
• Collect and review the necessary 3rd party test reports
• Conduct risk assessment if the sample is a failure with company requirements
