Join us as we search for an experienced Associate Director/Director of Analytics to lead innovation and strategy for a leading insurance provider. This role is pivotal in shaping agency and insurance analytics, driving performance, and transforming data into actionable intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee complex analytics projects across the insurance value chain, with a primary focus on agency performance, customer behavior analysis, and product optimization.
• Design and implement data-driven solutions that drive growth, enhance decision-making, and identify market trends for our client's business.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to refine and execute an analytics roadmap aligned with corporate goals.
• Drive data strategy, including data wrangling and preparation, ensuring a seamless and efficient data processing environment.
• Develop cutting-edge dashboards, reports, and visual insights using industry-leading data visualization tools.
• Foster a culture of data-driven innovation, leveraging cloud environments for scalable and efficient analytics solutions.

Requirements:
• Minimum 10+ years of advanced data analytics experience within the financial services sector, with a strong preference for insurance expertise.
• Hands-on experience in data wrangling, preparation, and transformation to support complex analytics projects.
• Proven proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, etc.) to communicate insights effectively.
• Experience in working with cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to design scalable analytics solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams in delivering impactful analytics solutions.
• Experience working with Agency and related Partnership Analytics is ideal
• Strong business acumen and the ability to translate analytical insights into strategic initiatives.
