Job Title: Assistant IT Project Manager
Responsibilities
• Gather project requirements from clients and the project team to create an efficient work plan.
• Oversee the procurement process for equipment to ensure compliance with customer contract specifications.
• Act as the communication link between the project team and customers, providing updates on project status and progress.
• Plan and monitor the project schedule to meet key deliverables.
• Organize and participate in meetings to report on project developments.
• Prepare project-related documentation, including meeting agendas and minutes.
• Address project-related issues to ensure smooth delivery.
Requirements
• Higher Diploma or Degree in IT engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or customer service is preferred.
• Self-motivated with a commitment to achieving targets.
• Strong customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrates ownership, innovation, and adaptability to meet business needs.
• Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
