Client Consultant (UHNW Insurance Broker)

About the Job
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and service requests
• Sales and Business Development:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UHNW segment
• Develop tailored insurance solutions that meet the unique needs of UHNW clients
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the firm
• Consultative Selling:
• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and risk analyses for clients
• Provide expert advice on complex insurance products and strategies
• Design and present customized insurance plans
• Market Research and Analysis:
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings
• Analyze market data to identify potential sales opportunities
• Collaboration and Networking:
• Work closely with underwriters, policy administrators, and other internal teams
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to enhance the firm’s presence
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in sales or client consulting roles, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry
• Experience working with UHNW clients is a significant advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build trust and rapport with sophisticated clients
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical abilities to understand complex insurance products
• High level of professionalism and discretion
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficiency in written English and Chinese, and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
